David Gagne offers this trick for an popup version of "email this entry". (Be sure to read the comments too for a few additional tips.)

I'll need to add this version to my blog.

For the journal, I'll need to use the example in the MT Users Manual, since it's for use in Individual Archives.

This what I used and I am getting an error. I built an Send Entry Index Template.

The error I get is this:
Build error in template 'Send Entry Index': Error in tag: You used an 'MTEntryID' tag outside of the context of an entry; perhaps you mistakenly placed it outside of an 'MTEntries' container?

utf-8 charachters are not encoded properly in the emails. They are not readable.
