What does that script do? I'm not a hundred percent sure from looking at the website.

I haven't joined Wander-Lust yet, but I believe this is how it works:

When you sign up, there's an option to select: "Should we automatically retrieve content from your site?"

Then, you include the "syndicate" code inside of your MTEntries tag on the page you told Wander-Lust to check for new content. The code causes the entry title and excerpt to appear on Wander-Lust as a reference to your site.
