Archive Date Header plugin

Another one from Adam Kalsey: The Archive Date Header plugin gives you the ability to group archives by date (example, monthly archives grouped by year).

You get a new tag <MTArchiveDateHeader>, which can only be used inside of <MTArchiveList>.

I think I'll be using this one on my journal archives!!
